easy access to local amenities, large refrigerator, good Wi-Fi
The maintenance of rooms could use major improvements!!! That's not just a suggestion. The bathroom doors need fixing, and the rugs should be dried out properly. The cleanliness left much to be desired!!!

Avoid If Possible, Disastrous Experience
I had the most disappointing experience at this hotel. After a long 7-hour drive to spend Labor Day with friends, we arrived only to discover our confirmed reservation wasn't honored. The rude front desk staff never showed any willingness to help. We ended up sleeping in our car!

We had a wonderful time enjoying the family-friendly atmosphere, especially with the kid-friendly activities available. Staying with my mum made it even more special, as we explored nearby parks together. The spacious room was perfect for our large family, allowing us to relax comfortably.
My kids wished for more entertainment options for young ones.

missingWrote a review on Aug 03satisfying meatspacious layoutoverwhelming smellmold presencepoor maintenance
This place felt more like a temporary shelter than a motel. The overwhelming smell in the room was unbearable, worsened by the malfunctioning air conditioning. The room's hygiene was concerning, with mold present around the refrigerator and stained bedding. A toilet overflow incident required unusual handling with a swifter instead of proper cleaning tools, complicating an already frustrating stay. On a brighter note, the meat served was satisfying, although the overall experience was tarnished by neglect and poor maintenance.

missingWrote a review on Aug 03friendly staff
It was just a balanced option for taking strolls in Amherst with definitely value for money. The staff was friendly and really helpful during my stay, which made the experience a bit better. Check for window views, as some rooms face the parking lot, which isn't the best view.
