I had the most disappointing experience at this hotel. After a long 7-hour drive to spend Labor Day with friends, we arrived only to discover our confirmed reservation wasn't honored. The rude front desk staff never showed any willingness to help. We ended up sleeping in our car!

We had a wonderful time enjoying the family-friendly atmosphere, especially with the kid-friendly activities available. Staying with my mum made it even more special, as we explored nearby parks together. The spacious room was perfect for our large family, allowing us to relax comfortably.

It was just a balanced option for taking strolls in Amherst with definitely value for money. The staff was friendly and really helpful during my stay, which made the experience a bit better. Check for window views, as some rooms face the parking lot, which isn't the best view.

the shower was super gross and had hair everywhere. on the bright side, the fridge worked great, the TV was huge, and the Wi-Fi was fast! ! definitely need those!
